Placing an order implies accepting the following conditions:
Manufacturing:
All products will be manufactured specifically for each order, according to the specifications chosen by the client. By their nature, the materials used may have slight variations in color tone, texture or pattern, so they may not be identical to the photographs on this website.
The manufacturing period is 15 days or less, to which must be added the shipping time.
Payment:
Transfer or account deposit
If you choose to pay through transfer / account deposit (no additional cost implied), you will receive an email with the order confirmation and the bank account number where you can complete the transfer in name of Taller Puntera.
Please check that the subject of the email includes the order reference or your full name, and carry out the transfer / deposit within three days from the order so we can validate it. The deposit will not be considered valid until our bank entity verifies its reception. We suggest you send an email with the receipt of the transfer or deposit to info@puntera.com.
Don’t forget that the eventual bank commissions derived from this system of payment will have to be assumed by you.
Credit card and Paypal
There is also the possibility of paying with credit card (credit or debit), with no additional cost. This kind of payment is immediate. You will be transferred to the Redsys payment gateway. At no time will Taller Puntera have access to you card number or any other account details, since this service is external to our servers. However, if you have any problem with the payment gateway, do not hesitate to contact us at info@puntera.com.
The PayPal payment system is another alternative you can choose. Do not forget that this payment system involves a 4% surcharge, which is PayPal’s commission.
Cash payment at the store
In case of choosing this option, the order will be paid when you pick it up at the physical store.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have 15 days to return it, starting from the delivery date.
Exceptionally, at the end of the year, this period is extended for the items purchased during December, until the 15th of January, so that there is time enough to give the Christmas presents.
Keep in mind that personalized pieces with engraved letters cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing defect.
Please check that the item is in the same conditions as you received it and package it carefully so that it doesn’t get damaged during transit. Inside the package you will find a calling card with these instructions and also with our address printed so it’s easy for you to label it.
You can send us the package the way you prefer, and we can pick it up too; in any case you will have to assume the return shipment cost. We will reimburse the full amount you initially paid for the item plus the initial shipment.
Money will be refunded as soon as we receive the package and through the same mean which was used for the payment.
Shipping methods and delivery deadlines:
Taller Puntera uses the delivery service of Correos Express, although it reserves the right to change the type of shipment and the company, provided that this change does not entail any harm to the client.

Shipments inside the Iberian Peninsula
The cost depends on the total weight of the order, but ranges between 5.25€ and 10.20€. The amount of the shipping costs will appear before you complete the purchase. Delivery time is 24h., from the shipment exit, which will be done once the product is manufactured.
Shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, Canarias or Baleares
The cost depends on the total weight of the order, but the minimum is 6€. The amount of the shipping costs will appear before you complete the purchase. Delivery time is 2-3 days, from the shipment exit, which will be done once the product is manufactured.
Shipments to the rest of the world
The cost depends on the total weight of the order, but the minimum is 18€. The amount of the shipping costs will appear before you complete the purchase. Delivery time is 7-10 days, from the shipment exit, which will be done once the product is manufactured.
